Enterprise is quote-only. Since 15 June 2026, AI by Zapier steps use model tiers: Standard 1× task, Advanced 3× (the default, tools on), Premium 5×.

Tool calls add the same multiplier. A step that hits 75 tasks in one run pauses for approval.

Pay-per-task overage can keep Zaps alive up to 3× the plan cap. n8n bills a whole workflow as one execution; Zapier bills every successful action — that is the comparison that matters.

Trigger + filter + HubSpot + Slack + two fields is already four or five tasks per lead. At 40 leads/day that is ~1,200–1,500 tasks — Free is impossible; Pro 750 ($19.99 yearly) overflows; Pro 1,500 or 2,000 ($39–$49 yearly) is the real card.
